Everything is agreed to before production so there are no surprises for either side.
Materials are covered first
A non-refundable deposit equal to the project's material cost is required before materials are committed. The deposit is applied toward the final total.
You approve it in writing
A final design proof must be approved in writing before any order materials are used or production begins.
Custom artwork preparation
Custom orders include a $15 design fee. It is waived for production-ready artwork. Significant cleanup or redesign may require the fee and will be disclosed first.
Written notice within 24 hours
Requests must be sent through Facebook Messenger or email within 24 hours of design approval and deposit payment. Materials deposits are non-refundable, and orders already in production cannot be canceled.
We stand behind our work
If an item arrives damaged or differs materially from the approved design, contact us promptly with photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Preference-based returns are not guaranteed. When a partial refund is approved, the customer may keep the item and receive up to 50% of the item price. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free standard U.S. shipping
Free standard shipping is available to U.S. addresses. Expedited, oversized, unusually heavy, and international shipping may be quoted separately.
