Pricing is based on the design work, material, dimensions, quantity, finishing, and whether the project is engraved or 3D printed.

Turnaround varies by project complexity, design preparation, material availability, production time, and shipping distance.
Pickup or delivery
Choose local pickup in Coeur d'Alene or shipping. Most standard-size orders ship for $15; oversized pieces are quoted separately.

Ways to pay
Hollow Oak Designs accepts Venmo and PayPal. Cash is also accepted for local, in-person orders.
Materials are covered first
A non-refundable deposit equal to the project's material cost is required before materials are committed. The deposit is applied toward the final order total.
You approve it in writing
A final design proof must be approved in writing by the customer before any order materials are used or production begins.
Custom artwork preparation
Custom orders include a $15 design fee. The fee is waived when production-ready artwork is supplied. If supplied artwork requires significant cleanup or redesign, the fee may apply and will be disclosed before work begins.
Written notice within 24 hours
Cancellation requests must be sent through Facebook Messenger or email within 24 hours of design approval and deposit payment. Materials deposits are non-refundable.
Fair resolution for custom work
Because custom items cannot be restocked, customers may keep the item. When a refund is approved, 50% of the item price will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
